Fantastic setrvice!

Have moved around a lot and have dealt with many removals companies none of which can be compared to the excellent service provided by Leader Removals. The team arrived on time, worked very efficiently (like a well oiled machine), and were very friendly people. The guys in the office stayed in touch and were very patient and helpful regarding our changing circumstances. I would deffinetely recommend this removal company!

London Move.

Do not use this company, they were completely unprofessional. 2 guys turned up and didn’t really speak English, it took over 6 hours to move out of my one bedroom flat and then a further 3 hours (with travel) to live into my new home. I had to leave wardrobes because the van wasn’t big enough and also other pieces of furniture.
Once in I realised my bed had been damaged with rips in it, my sofa was ripped at the bottom, plugs for my tall lamps had been broken off, there are still missing items and also a large mirror was left behind.
Wardrobes were then delivered the next day but at an extra cost to myself!
Oh and also on top of that they received a parking ticket and I had to pay!! I was being hassled over the phone while the move was still going on to pay this as they weren’t responsible for this- so disgusting!
Worst customer service ever, feel like I’ve been robbed as the quote was £170 plus VAT and I ended up paying just under £600.

We are sorry that You regret using our company and that You were disappointed with the service we provided You. We are actually very surprised reading Your review as You were very positive about Your experience with Leader Removals. You did not have any complaints throughout the two moving days and said that the guys did an amazing job and worked tirelessly to complete the job as quick as they could.

We are very much willing to admit when we are at fault but on this occasion, we would like to refute some of Your statements. Firstly, we would like to clarify that You were never offered a fixed price as You declined our free of charge survey proposal. You simply decided to book a service on hourly rate basis for 2men & 1 Luton van and as written in our T&C and acceptance form (which You very kindly signed and accepted on the day of the move) the minimum charge was 3 hours and after that any extra half an hour will be charged at a rate of £22.50+VAT. Furthermore, the £170 quote You were given was based on the minimum charge of 3 hours because You never gave us an inventory list, according to which we could have given You a more realistic quote. The van You were sent was a standard Luton van with a capacity of 550cft and again if You have given us inventory list, we could have estimated that your belongings volume might exceed this and we could have sent a larger or additional vehicle.

Our aim is to deliver a professional removal service and we always try to resolve any issues as quickly as we can in order to satisfy our customers. On the matter of the wardrobes, once our guys acknowledged that the items needed to be moved were going to exceed the capacity of the van, You were informed, and we offered You additional vehicle so that everything could be transported at one go. You decided that You will leave the two wardrobes behind and refused to be sent an additional vehicle. Later that day when the job was done, we again offered to deliver the wardrobes on the next day as a separate service but You again refused. The following day You contacted our office saying that You want the wardrobes delivered after all. We do not know what let You to the impression that we have to do it for free but in the end as a gesture of goodwill we agreed to deliver them just for the cost of the fuel, which was £25. You received your wardrobes within the day. Again, to show our flexibility and that we care about our customers we discounted Your move by 1 hour on 23rd February and You were not charged for the 4 hours additional work on the following day. The job was 100% completed and we felt like You were satisfied with the service provided. No complaints from Your side regarding our guys courtesy, professionalism or language skills.

As for the parking, on our T&C and on our acceptance form that, as we mentioned, You have signed is clearly stated that ‘Unless agreed in writing by Leader Removals Ltd, I accept full responsibility arranging parking and paying any charges at both loading and unloading addresses. Parking charges or fines incurred carrying out my removal will be added to the final bill.’

Regarding the missing items and the damages caused to Your furniture, we are going to repeat ourselves, nothing was reported to us from You so far and in the end of the move You signed the form that all of Your items were delivered but You did not mention anything about damages. Even on the next day when we delivered the wardrobes and the mirror, which was simply forgotten in the van, You still did not mention anything about any damage to Your belongings. Being a legit company, Leader Removals Ltd is fully insured for any damages which may occur during the time we provide our service and the standard T&C of the trade states that you have 7 days to report any damages caused during our service.
We are opened for criticism when there is ground for it but the Leader Removals team did everything they could to make Your move smooth and stress free. We offered solutions, we were flexible, we work tirelessly all day to finish Your job and we even did the second day complimentary. We try to be the best that we can be and we are sorry that after all You feel bad about Your experience with us.

Leader Removals.

Absolutely thrilled with the service from Leader. Communication was always prompt, informative and friendly, and they very accommodating of the various delays we had with the exchange and completion. On the day, they were polite, friendly and efficient and made the whole process run so smoothly. They had all our stuff loaded so quickly and when we got to the new home they delivered everything to the appropriate room.

I would not hesitate to use Leader again in the future.

I booked with leader removals and couldn't be happier, the guys done absolutely amazing. They worked so hard, not to mention at the speed of lightening. I couldn't recommend this guys enough.
The price quoted was fantastic, the guys took all the stress out of moving.

They turned up on time, very friendly. I really don't have any negative comment to make. Everything was just fantastic.

Brilliant service.

Leader Removals came recommended by a colleague, and he was totally right. Everyone, from the nice woman over the phone to the guy who came to my flat to quote me a price and finally to the movers themselves were great. They were very courteous and professional. The items were heavy but the three men crew made it look easy as a game. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I am moving again in July,and it is nice to know that I already know who my movers are going to be.

We were very impressed with Tony and the team who from start to
finish made the process of moving house much less stressful thsan we had anticipated. From the beginning Tony quoted competitively,the day before the actual move he delivered the garment boxes, which were just fantastic as simply taking clothes
from your wardrobe and hanging them into the garment boxes couldn't have been easier. On the day of the move Tony and the team arrived on time as agreed and started work immediately.
They work with great care and tirelessly all day, disassembling and reassembling the furniture in our new home where required. Very pleasant, supportive and highly recommend Tony and the company. We moved from Harrow to Oxford with out a hitch on the moving date and everything was completed by 7.00pm that evening. Terrific company to use for your move, and ask for Tony
who was just great.

Very professional and reliable.

My son was moving home from Southampton to London and had booked with another company which raised their prices at the last minute; a few days before the move date. I found this company through a friend who spoke very highly of them and was very happy. They accepted our request at last minute and were very professional and respectful of our belongings. The move went smoothly and took less time than they had originally quoted.

I was very nervous for this move as I had bad experience with another company last time. I couldn’t imagine my furniture damaged againg. So, I hired Leader Removals to handle the move. This company is just amazing. Their quote was more than reasonable. They confirmed me the crew’s arrival time 2 weeks earlier so I could be prepared. The crew arrived exactly on time. They were properly equipped and got to work immediately. They worked very efficiently for 3 hours packing all my stuff. They delivered my furniture and boxes on time and everything arrived safely. They really took very good care of my valuables.I will happily recommend them to anyone who is looking for professionals.

The guys from Leader Removals arrived on time over 2 days, packing up the majority of my items on day one and finishing on day 2 then we had the drive "up north" to a house I am renting. They started at 8am on move day and finished approximately 9pm, then drove back! They worked like Trojans packing up and moving things into the house. Put the beds back together and the sofa. Cannot fault them at all, would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Was totally over the moon with the service they gave.
I will be moving to the house I am buying in approximately 2-3 months so the majority of my belongings remain boxed until then.
